How the systems interlock

The stack operates on a single shared state. The Data Gyres observe; the Horizon Accord governs; the Energy Spine powers; the Logistics Mesh moves; the Scrubbers restore. The Complex consumes and produces against that shared state without any hidden dependency.

Because every interface is explicit and every autonomous action is logged, the ecosystem can be audited as a whole or examined node by node. This is what elevates it from a supply chain to sovereign infrastructure: it is legible to the leadership that commands it.

By holding the structure on a maglev spine at its true flight axis, the ORC removes the parasitic loads that gravity imposes on a horizontally supported airframe.
